Our approach is built around the following process:
- Identification of the problem and challenge in Health and Social fields, empathizing with this challenge, through research and evidence-generation;
- Establishing conceptual vision on response to the challenge;
- Developing of conceptual solutions (instruments) to apply the vision in practice and solve the problem, Piloting the conceptual solution to observe and prove its effectiveness
- Integrating and scaling-up the solution into national, regional and international Health and Social Policy agenda.

DIGITALIZATION
We intend to contribute to transforming the future of health and social care through digitalization. We create digital tools for health and social projects, including data collection, management, visualization, as well as solutions for patient communities to enable better access to essential health and social services.
PROMOTING EQUAL PARTICIPATION AND TRANSPARENT DECISION MAKING THROUGH WEB 3.0.
We promote models of transparent, equal and participatory mobilization and decision-making through establishment of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO). We focus on creating new opportunities to bring greater transparency to the health and social impact space and creating new ways to organize the communities.

We mobilize the multi-sectoral expertise on national, regional and global levels. Our approach is to mobilize and concentrate expert capacities to creation of innovative conceptual solutions to health and social challenges.
Through mobilizing diverse expertise, we intend to influence the policies and systems on national and international levels to serve the interests of the people in need.
PROMOTING VOLUNTEERISM IN EXPERTS COMMUNITY
We promote the volunteerism among experts’ community. This enables us to mobilize experts dedicated to the causes, and motivated to transform
existing norms, and establish ‘’new normal’’ in how health and social policies, systems and technologies are designed and implemented. Expert volunteers
provide us with strategic advice and promote our ideas.
