Tokenomics & Decentralized Governance
Membership of SEH DAO is managed through owning tokens. The SEH DAO’s unique NFT represents a token enabling voting rights, funding proposals, and participation in
community initiatives. NFT holders are integral to the DAO’s decision-making processes, ensuring a democratic and inclusive environment.
There are two types of membership available through the smart contracts – General Membership and Governance Membership.

General Membership
Holders of general tokens can participate in the SEH DAO ecosystem in various ways, such as accessing services, voting on proposals, and contributing to community discussions. The logic behind membership through general tokens includes:
Access to SEH DAO Services: General token holders can access services, resources, or products provided by the DAO. These services could include educational materials, events, or other offerings related to health and social care solutions.
Community Engagement: General token holders can participate in community discussions, forums, and events. Their input and feedback are valuable for the growth and development of the SEH DAO.

Governance Membership
Governance tokens, on the other hand, confer the power to participate in the decision-making processes of the SEH DAO.
Holders of governance tokens can influence the direction of the organization by voting on proposals, electing leadership, and shaping the SEH DAO’s policies. The logic behind membership through governance tokens includes:
Voting Rights: Governance token holders have the right to vote on proposals submitted to the DAO. This could include funding proposals, changes to the SEH DAO’s structure, or strategic decisions that affect the organization as a whole.
DAO Leadership Elections: Governance token holders may participate in the election of key roles within the DAO, such as council members, moderators, or other leadership positions.
This ensures a democratic process in selecting individuals responsible for guiding the SEH DAO.
Proposal Submission: In SEH DAO only governance token holders are allowed to submit proposals. This privilege ensures that those who actively participate in the governance of the DAO also have the opportunity to shape its initiatives.
